This page explains how to delete your account and your data for Beauty'd and its apps, Beauty'd Pro and Get Beauty'd.
Cancel: sign in at beautied.com, open Settings, tap Unsubscribe, then Cancel. You won't be charged again. When your paid time ends, your account closes and disappears from Beauty'd. We keep it for 18 months. Sign in any time to reopen it with your clients and settings in place. After 18 months we delete it.
Delete: sign in at beautied.com, open Settings, tap Unsubscribe, then Delete. Your account disappears from Beauty'd right away. For 60 days you can undelete it with everything in place. After 60 days we erase it from our servers; copies in our encrypted offsite backup are destroyed within 18 months.
If you never paid us: Cancel deletes your account right away, and it can't be undone.
Can't sign in? Send us a message at beautied.com/contact with the email on your account and write "Delete my account". We delete it as described above.
Your account and business profile, your services and hours, your clients, appointments and notes, the reviews clients left for you, and your license details, including any license and ID photos we still hold. Your subscription is cancelled right away, so you will not be charged again.
We keep what the law requires, such as billing and tax records, and what we need to stop misuse of our free trial: your phone number and email, scrambled, for 3 years.
Suggestions, ideas, and problem reports you sent us are kept so that we can act on them. Records that our payment processors must keep by law stay with them, under their own policies. Records and recordings of phone calls our system handled for your business are deleted when you ask us through our contact page. A phone's notification code can stay with us until you log out of the app on that phone or delete the app.
Your name, phone number, bookings, and any reviews you left are held for the business you booked with. To delete them, ask that business, or send us a message through our contact page at beautied.com/contact with the phone number you booked with, and write "Delete my information". We will delete it within 30 days. To stop app notifications, turn them off in the app or in your phone's settings.
